After learning that a forest fire was taking place in the Manchariscca sector, the police officers from the Congalla Rural Police Station immediately went to the scene where they found the incident that threatened to spread until it reached the homes.

FIRE DEVATES MORE THAN 10 HECTARES
Given this, the uniformed officers proceeded to organize crews made up of the community members of the sector and members of the Citizen Security Neighborhood Boards, with whom they joined forces to deal with the fire.
Likewise, the police managed to locate, identify, and arrest Emerson Luis LL.Ñ. (29), who will be investigated as the alleged perpetrator of the fire.
The fire devastated more than 10 hectares of forest formations such as wild plants in the area, pine and eucalyptus plantations.
