From very early on, hundreds of Huancavelicans went out to Av. Manchego Muñoz to make carpets to commemorate Palm Sunday.
They made them along said road, the Plaza de Armas and the Virrey Toledo shred, where they put all their efforts to show their art and seek to win the contest held by the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica.
