More than 5,000 residents who belong to the districts of Quichuas and Colcabamba, in the province of Tayacaja, benefited from the return of specialized medical care.
The attention was through a joint work, carried out by the Regional Hospital of Pampas – Tayacaja (HRPT), the Tayacaja Health Network and Electroperú.

Doctor Daniel Arce (director of the HRPT), stated that it is necessary to resume care that requires specialized treatment.
“Quichuas and Colcabamba are from the districts that have patients and require specialized care, so, in the campaign, cases that require internal medicine, rheumatology, urology, pediatric dentistry and gynecology care were treated,” said the doctor.
He added: “For this purpose, professionals, biomedical equipment and medicines were mobilized to provide quality care to the population.”
“In the campaign, more than five thousand residents were served, and this was possible thanks to the support of professionals from the Pampas hospital and the Quichuas and Colcabamba health centers,” said Kent Riveros, director of the Health Network. , affirming that their goal is to carry out specialized attention campaigns in the districts of Tintay Puncu, Surcubamba and Huachocolpa.
“We value and recognize the work of health personnel, receive our thanks for having been part of this activity where the most benefited were the elderly and children,” said René Garagorri, deputy manager of Image and Social Responsibility of Electroperú and representative of the entity mentioned in this campaign.
