Prosecutor raised the accusation based on the complaint made for the events that occurred in May 2017.
The defendant has a relationship of more than 25 years and has the blessing of having 5 children, including the minor aggrieved.
Thus, on the date mentioned above, the subject was alone with the injured minor in the home where they lived. It is in this that the father takes the girl to the room and, after lowering her pants, the subject comes to abuse her daughter.
After the harassment was consummated, the minor moved the next day to her study center and it is there, when one of the teachers becomes aware of the fact.
Given this, the minor was transferred to the nearest health facility for the girl’s care. Likewise, the case was reported to the Police and Prosecutor’s Office for investigations.

For their part, both the technical defense and the defendant claimed innocence and rejected the charges filed by the prosecutor.
After evaluating the arguments of the procedural parties, the Collegiate (made up of the judges: Hernán Pozo, Kati Jurado and Amparo Fernández) decided to sentence the accused, who is a fugitive, to life imprisonment.
The magistrates also ordered that the injured girl go through therapeutic treatment (psychotherapy) as part of her rehabilitation process and incorporation into society.
9 thousand soles is the amount of civil damages in favor of the injured party.
