How unregistered workers can access the new bonus

The head of Anses assured that more than 6 million retirees will receive the reinforcement of $12,000 in May.

The National Social Security Administration (Anses) will enable an application on its web portal so that unregistered workers can register and thus access the income reinforcement bonus for $ 18,000 in two installments announced this Monday by the president, Alberto Fernández, and the Minister of Economy, Martín Guzmán.

The registration mechanism will be made official through the Anses website and its different communication channels, and will be exclusive to informal workers, since both monotributistas A and B and retirees and pensioners who receive up to two minimum salaries are individualized in the records of the Anses.

Sources from the agency informed Télam that in the next few hours “who, where and from when they will be able to register to receive the reinforcement” will be detailed.

The executive director of Anses, Fernanda Raverta, assured that there will be more than 6 million retirees who receive up to two minimum pensions ($ 65,260) who will receive the reinforcement of $ 12,000 in May

The national government announced this Monday that it will grant extraordinary bonuses of $18,000 to informal workers, monotax workers in categories A and B, and workers in private homes between the ages of 18 and 65, and another aid of $12,000 to retirees and pensioners who receive up to two salaries. minima.

It is a package of measures to take care of the income of these sectors in exceptional circumstances of acceleration of the inflationary process that affects the world in general, and Argentina in particular, with a greater increase in food and energy as a result of the war between Russia and Ukraine.

The executive director of Anses, Fernanda Raverta, assured that there will be more than 6 million retirees who receive up to two minimum pensions ($ 65,260) who will receive the reinforcement of $ 12,000 in May and that to define unregistered workers who are in conditions to receive it “there are mechanisms that our body and others have to cross the databases and be sufficiently effective when allocating these resources.”

The $18,000 bonus for workers will be given in two installments, in May and June, while the $12,000 bonus for retirees and pensioners will be in a single installment in May, which will be added to the $6,000 bonus that is being paid to who receive up to a minimum credit ($32,630)

“The Anses has the record of the dependency relationship and in terms of assets it will be consulted, and obviously from a dialogue between systems the AFIP area with the corresponding agencies will see how to do so that no one who has assets can make use of that benefit”, assured the head of Anses about the validation mechanism that the Government will do prior to granting the reinforcement.

The $18,000 bonus for workers will be given in two installments, in May and June, while the $12,000 bonus for retirees and pensioners will be in a single installment in May, which will be added to the $6,000 bonus that is being paid to who receive up to a minimum credit ($32,630).

In this way, two bonuses of 9,000 pesos will be paid in May and June to workers without formal income, workers in private homes and monotributistas of categories A and B.

In the case of the $12,000 bonus for retirees and pensioners, the payment will be made in a single installment for those who receive a credit of up to $65,260 which, added to the bonus that retirees and pensioners are receiving with a minimum amount, will also total $18,000.

This income measure is added to the previously implemented policies of a 50% increase in the Food Card, the increase in allowances and the advance of parities for registered workers.
