1. Enter your official portal: www.sdp.gov.co.
2. Find the button Sisben which is located on the left side of the page and below the section Links of Interest.
3. In the tab Consultations, click on Request the Sisbén I survey hereV. It can also be done directly at the following link: https://sisbensol.sdp.gov.co.
4. Include information about the people you live with.
5. Confirm all records.
