Is your card ready?
If you completed the procedure in an office of the Civil Registry, You can easily check if your card is ready to pick up. Here we explain how to do it in just five steps:
- Enter the Civil Registry website: Access the official SRCel website and look for the section for consulting identity cards and passports.
- Enter your RUT: Write your Unique National Role (RUT) in the corresponding field.
- Select the type of document: In this case, choose “Identity Card”.
- Complete the CAPTCHA: Confirm that you are not a robot by entering the code requested by the page.

- Verify your request with a code sent to your email.
- Complete facial identification following the instructions in the app.
- Make the payment with the method of your preference.
