How to check the Citizen Income collection and transfer point in 2025?

Citizen Income is a Colombian government program designed to help families in situations of extreme poverty and socioeconomic vulnerability. Since the end of December, the sixth cycle payment has been made, therefore, It is important that you are informed of the dates and places of payment and turning point so as not to be left without your social assistance. Online Consultation
Access to the Official Page: Visit the Banco Agrario website where you can consult your assigned payment point. The link is consultagiros.bancoagrario.gov.co

Data Entry: Fill out the form with your personal information, such as document type and number, to verify your collection point.

You can also consider as an option accessing the Social Prosperity page
Go to prosperitysocial.gov.co or the specific portal for Citizen Income at rentaciudadana.prosperidadsocial.gov.co.

-Click on “Check here if you are registered”.

-Select the type of identity document (identity card, identity card, etc.), enter your document number and date of birth.

-Complete the ‘Recaptcha’ verification to confirm you are not a bot.
-There you can see your status and details about the Citizen Income transfer.

Unbanked beneficiaries can collect their money order at the following locations:
Agrarian Bank Offices
Banking Correspondents: Superdrafts, Efecty, Reval, Punto Pago, ePago
Digital Wallets: BICO and Movii

Until when is the sixth cycle of Citizen Income charged?

It began on December 27, 2024 and will extend until January 30, 2025.

This cycle is intended mainly for households that are part of the intervention line called “Care Assessment”which includes families headed by single parents and children under six years of age, as well as households with people with disabilities.
