How to apply for the Minvu subsidy for homes of up to $114 million this November 21 and 22

Accessing your own home is a challenge for many Chilean families, especially when they do not have the necessary financial resources. For this reason, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (Minvu) offers the DS1 Subsidy, a benefit designed to support those who wish to acquire or build a decent home. This subsidy allows you to qualify for properties with a value of up to 3,000 UF, which in pesos exceeds $114 million. Key dates for application

The application process for DS1 Subsidy It began on November 20 at 8:30 a.m. with an automatic call for those who were not selected in the previous call, made in May. However, the most important dates are November 21 and 22, when new opportunities to apply will open. November 21 will be exclusive for those who wish to apply directly on the Minvu portal, while on November 22, a citizen service form will be enabled for those who need additional assistance.
