The Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) and the Mayor’s Office of Cartagena inaugurated the Consumer Housea space that seeks to guide and defend tourists and other users about irregular charges and failures in customer service, among other topics.

The place, located in the Customs Square, will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.. In addition to being an orientation point for tourists, the Consumer House will also be a channel of attention for local citizens, merchants and businessmen to defend their rights as consumers.
Also, in this place, The SIC will provide all the services offered by the entity.

In this regard, the mayor of Cartagena, Dumek Turbay, said that this inauguration sends a message “For those who want to run over those who visit us, we are not going to let them, we are going to chase them”.

For her part, Superintendent Cielo Rusinque said that in this space “The entire offer of the Superintendency converges, which will be at the service of all citizens”.
