It’s all on track. Alfredo Etchegaray already acquired the land and the plans are designed. Together with the Guevara-Ottonello and H&A Associat architecture studios, the public relations specialist intends to build a complex on the banks of the Maldonado streama few steps from the Puente Leonel Viera bridge, which connects the seaside resorts of Punta del Este with La Barra. It is La Barra Boating Club Tourist Complex, or simply Casapuerto, “so that the name is more familiar,” said Etchegaray in dialogue with Coffee & Business.
