Parliamentarians of the government support base repudiated the act of deputies and opposition senators who occupied the directors of the plenary and obstructed the works Legislatures this Tuesday (5). The vice-leader of the majority in the National Congress, Deputy Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ), compared the occupation on January 8 and stated that the attitude is “unacceptable”. 
“No one can stop the parliamentary activity and legislative work by force. It is a continuity of this coup process. This is another attack on institutions,” he said.
For the deputy, the attitude “is a blackmail against the country.”
Lindbergh said he talked to the mayor Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), who was in an agenda in Paraíba and already returns to Brasilia in the face of the crisis. “It is the responsibility of the president of this house to restore control and order. What happened was a kidnapping of Parliament,” he said.
This Tuesday, after decreed prison household by former President Jair Bolsonarothe opposition gathered in the National Congress occupied the directors of the Senate and House plenary. They promise to stay in the places until the presidents of the legislative houses accept to guide the general and unrestricted amnesty for those convicted of attempted coup.
The group also claims that the impeachment request of the Supreme Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes and the end of the privileged forum – thus Bolsonaro would no longer be tried by the STF, but by the first instance.

Punishment
Deputies of government base parties argued that parliamentarians involved in the obstruction are punished for disrespect to regiment and the interruption of the operation of the house. Pedro Campos (PSB-PE) recalled that the voting agenda is defined by the College of Leaders, which has denied including the amnesty of those involved in the scammers of 8 January.
Deputy Tarcísio Motta (PSOL-RJ) classified the act as serious and reaffirmed that parliamentarians need to be held responsible.
“Each of them will be the target of the Ethics Council. We have tried to open the session more than once and they are preventing the session from opening. They were the majority, which they are not, if they are minority, as they are, they do not have that right,” he said.
Lindbergh pointed out that there are important guidelines to be voted on, with an impact on the country’s economy and the life of the population, such as exemption from income tax for those who earn up to five minimum wages. “Brazil is in a hurry,” he said.
“It is important for the nation to note what is happening here. Deputies who want to put the interest of a family, a single person, the former president who has articulated a blow against democracy, with plans to murder the president and the vice president, above the interests of the Brazilian people. This is not the home of the Bolsonaro family, this is the home of the Brazilian people and democracy. (PSOL-SP).
