The Constitution Commission of the Chamber of Deputies and Deputies approved this Monday morning, in general, the reform project that enables a new constituent process.
The commission approved the project with 11 votes in favor and two against. deputies Pamela Jiles (IND) and Luis Sanchez Ossa (Republican Party) voted against.
