This Monday, within the framework of the start of classes, Horacio Rodriguez Larreta gave a press conference, in which he spoke of the goals for the new school year and some of his projections to combat inflation if he becomes president.
The mandatary pointed against the national government and assured that the problem of the increases has become “a very serious situation”, on which Horacio Rodriguez Larreta He also stressed that 100% inflation was reached.

In this sense, he stressed that the current government must take measures to reduce and control prices, since it should not wait for a change of presidency to do so, since, with the current situation, thousands of families throughout the country are are affected by the constant increases.

“To lower inflation you have to do a lot of things. That today inflation is a very serious problem, it is. Now, let it not occur to us to only address the issue of inflation and not the rest, because we are going to fail again”.
And he remarked: “There are no unique, magical solutions, I solve inflation and that’s it. If you don’t do all the rest, if you don’t export more, if you don’t improve education, if you don’t debureaucratize, if you don’t update the labor system, I guarantee that in a year you will have inflation back”.
The Head of Government maintained that there will be 192 school days in the City
The mandatary Buenos Aires remarked that, during the 2023 school year, what is sought is to guarantee that there are 192 days of class for all students in the City of Buenos Aires.
“Once again, the City is the first district to begin the 2023 school year. For the third consecutive year, students will have 192 school days, 12 more than the mandatory national calendar”indicated.
Likewise, he stressed: “We are going to deepen the educational transformation that we began 15 years ago with Mauricio Macri and that today has advances in infrastructure, in teacher training, in the incorporation of technology in the classrooms and in the improvement of contents”.
