Hooded men set fire to the Transantiago bus in the surroundings of the Liceo del Aplicación

During this Monday new incidents were registered in the surroundings of the Liceo Aplicación, commune of Santiago, where a Transantiago bus was set on fire.

Specifically, the event occurred between Ricardo Cumming streets heading north, between Alameda and Moneda. At that moment, a group of hooded men stopped the machinery and forced those present to get out to set the bus on fire.

Personnel from the Carabineros Public Order had to intervene by using the water cannon to put out the fire that was consuming the Transantiago bus. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle ended in a total loss.
