“Honesty is unshakable”: woman who returned a safe with $ 700 million in Bucaramanga

The safe had been stolen from a construction company and due to its weight, the criminals left it abandoned in the middle of the flight.

According to the woman’s account, the safe that contained approximately 700 million pesos belonged to a construction company.

The story began when the woman identified as Marisol took her dog for a walk at around 5:00 am, she is dedicated to restoring ancient objects and she saw that there was a drawer in front of her house and she approached to see what it was.

Marisol realized that it was a safe, took it to the garage of her house and continued walking her dog.

In the middle of the walk, the woman learned that a construction company had been the victim of a robbery and among the things stolen was the company’s safe.

He immediately decided to call his son, who went in search of the directors of the construction company to verify if the safe that was in the garage of his house belonged to the company.

The construction company staff arrived at the site and were able to verify that the safe had not been violated.

So far “we have not received anything”

According to the story that Marisol made on Caracol Radio, neither she nor her son received any bonus or commission from the construction company; but the woman assures that “the rewards come from God.”

She said that together with her son they are not going through a good economic situation, however, she told the radio station that: “Honesty is unshakable.”

Added that the young man is a lawyer and for more than three years he has been looking for a job that allows him to have job and financial stability.
