The singer wants to be one of the many millions of Colombians who will exercise their right to vote and who will also serve the voters.
Colombia News.
Sebastián Yatra wanted to travel to Colombia, more precisely to the city of Medellín to exercise his right to vote in the second round of the presidential elections in Colombia.
Said electoral contest will take place on June 19 throughout the Colombian territory and a week before in the different countries where a total of 972,764 nationals are eligible to cast their vote in favor of either of the two candidates, Gustavo Petro or “the engineer” Rodolfo Hernandez.
Despite his intentions of wanting to vote in our country, Sebastián Yatra could not travel to the capital of Antioquia as he had predicted due to some work commitments that prevent him.

However, the 27-year-old artist looked for an alternative to be able to pay: he offered himself as a voting jury in Spain.
According to information from La W Radio, Yatra went to the Colombian Embassy in Madrid, Spain, to be assigned as a voting jury.
It should be remembered that by having a position at the table, either as a member, president, Yatra, like any other voting jury, will be able to exercise their right to vote.
This is how Yatra will be in a designated place in Madrid, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, receiving voter identification cards or handing out ballots, so that democratic activity can be carried out.
In the aforementioned medium, they stated that there are only jury seats on Saturday or Sunday, so Yatra will have to choose one of these two days to vote.
It should be noted that people who vote abroad have one week to cast their vote in the polls, a different situation from the one experienced in Colombia, which is a single day, June 19.
