The benefit of Hiring Subsidy It will be delivered for 3 months, with the possibility of extending it for another 3 months, as long as the requirements established by Sence are met. The last benefit payment will not extend beyond December 2023.
Regarding the amount of the benefit, companies will be granted a monthly bonus equivalent to 60% of the taxable remuneration agreed with the hired worker, with a maximum limit of up to $200,000 or $250,000 per month, depending on whether the company is in the group. general or differentiated, respectively. For workers, the benefit consists of a monthly bonus of 25% of the taxable remuneration agreed with the employer, with a maximum of $50,000 or $100,000 per month, depending on whether they belong to the general or differentiated group. Hiring Subsidy ends on August 31, 2023.
To be eligible, the companies must meet certain requirements, among them, be taxed in the first category (including all companies of the SME regime, companies for presumed income, individual companies, etc.) or be small taxpayers as established in Article 22 of the Law on Income Tax. the rent. In addition, companies must have up to 200 workers per month prior to their first application and not have had a previous employment relationship in the 60 days prior to the new hire.
