Journalist Cesar Hildebrandt referred to the approval of the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations Regarding the final report against the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillofor the alleged crime of treason.
In this regard, he maintained that treason “is an infamous construction produced by the most brutish and stony right.”
“Congress is so foolish on the treason issue that they are creating a gigantic problem for themselves. We all know that Castillo is an unpresentable president, but We all know that treason against the homeland is an infamous construction produced by the extremism of the Peruvian right, by the most brutish and screwed-up right.” commented on the latest edition of his podcast.
“And that was the only non-viable way out, let’s say, The only door they shouldn’t have knocked on is the one they’re knocking on. The right does not learn”, added the journalist.
In that sense, Cesar Hildebrandt pointed out that if the report against the president Terrones Castle prospers, “is going to raise a sidereal issue”, especially in the Organization of American States (OAS).
“I don’t need to be Almagro, I don’t need to be a diplomat or be in the vicinity of the OAS to predict that the inter-American system will jump to the roof. if the matter of treason prospers (…). There they are, ”said the journalist in his media.
