Lefty Oscar Vélez had a great performance on the mound and worked solid 5.0 innings, with 3 hits, 1 run that was unearned and striking out 5 to score the win. Diego Rodríguez and Diorkis Núñez worked for the West to complete the tour. The right-hander Juan Jiménez loses the game.

Jaén was one out from covering the entire route, with a total of 109 pitches, 65 of them from the strike zone. Ángel Vásquez came to work the last out in the ninth and close the commitment.
