Secondly, Hernando Cevallos referred about the audios where the businessman Zamir Villaverde is heard coordinating an alleged payment of US $ 100,000 to the former Minister of Transport, Juan Silva.
In that sense, he regretted that said audios could harm the government of Pedro Castillo, who is already under investigation in the Public Ministry for the alleged crimes of criminal organization, influence peddling and aggravated collusion.
“We live in a very delicate situation. People expect this to be cleared up but also treated seriously. What there cannot be is to get evidence, such as political returns as it does the Congress that begins to question and ask for a vacancy when it does not have any element concrete for this to move forward,” he said.
