A group of workers found him in San Ignacio de Moxos, Beni, and handed him over to the Police. This Monday, May 22, he arrived in the capital of Santa Cruz.

The justice in Buena Vista summoned Siancas for his hearing to revoke precautionary measures because He was declared a rebel by not appearing at the oral trial on March 13, 2020.
