The journalist and businessman Henry Briceño, through a document shared with the media, accused the mayor and political secretary of San Rafael del Sur, Noel Cerda Méndez, of being the one who “requested” his exile in order to direct the theft of its properties.
«Your request to the criminal to the dictator Rosario Murillo (spokesperson of the Sandinista Front and vice-dictator of Nicaragua) so that they exile me and my family to steal our properties has been a despicable action on their part. Our residence, located in the heart of San Rafael del Sur, as you well know, we purchased it formally and legally, under notarial acts of Dr. Armodio Mendieta, from Mrs. Ivania del Rosario Solís Hurtado, widely known as a person,” said Briceño.
The journalist was exiled with his family on November 24 of last year and a month later, on January 2, the regime ordered the establishment of a branch of the White Cross in San Rafael del Sur on one of the properties stolen from this small businessman. .

«Of the four properties stolen from my family, the residence near the central park is already being illegally occupied by Cruz Blanca. With this action, you and your murderous dictator masters confirm the theft of my property before world public opinion,” said Briceño.
In addition, he warned Cerda Méndez that he will pay “for his manifest complicity in crimes against humanity” and that “justice is already approaching and comes from the side of Argentina.” Briceño alluded to Argentina, recalling the lawsuit faced by the dictator Daniel Ortega and the vice-dictator Murillo, and more than a dozen of their accomplices, for crimes against humanity that they have committed against Nicaraguans.
Last week, Denis Centeno, general director of the White Cross, in press conferenceannounced that this branch of San Rafael del Sur will be inaugurated on January 10, showing that they already have control of the property, where they have already placed flags of the Sandinista Front and the White Cross sign.
Said property, according to Briceño, was taken by the Police of the Nicaraguan dictators one day after their exile to Costa Rica. In another of the de facto confiscated properties, Briceño rented it to another person who lived there, but she was forcibly removed by the Police, who told her that the property was occupied.
