The institute issued these statements through a press release, after a plane crashed yesterday afternoon, killing 9 people.

After a cordial greeting, we inform you about several complaints received from our aeronautical personnel about violations of RAD117 and RAD 135, concerning the minimum rest period, which the Dominican Aeronautical Company and HELIDOSA Air Operator have been committing.
As our responsibility to report and make public knowledge, every situation that could put civil aviation professionals and technicians in our country at risk, as well as violations of operational safety standards (SMS) and air regulations. , which help reduce situations and catastrophes.
