Helados Bon is recognized for its innovation

Helados Bon was awarded in the category of “Excellence in Industrial Innovation” of the prize awarded each year by the Dominican Government, through the Center for Industrial Development and Competitiveness (Proindustria).

The Proindustria award highlights the central role of innovation in the history of Helados Bon, which, according to its general manager Guillermo Botero, is not only a technical process, but an entire philosophy of leadership.

“Innovation, above all, is a value that we work on from the perspective of people and leadership. It is not a passing campaign, but rather a structured program that is integrated into our organizational culture,” said Botero during an event at the Dominican Fiesta Hotel.

The award was received by Carolina Pantaleón and Crispatri Patricio, Marketing Director and Innovation Leader of Helados Bon, respectively, from Rafael Cruz, Director of Proindustria; Rafael Santos Badía, Director of Infotep; Biviana Riviero, Director of Prodominicana; Fantino Polanco, Vice Minister of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs; and Daniel Liranzo, Director of the National Council of Export Free Zones.
