Before Pedro Castillo officially assumed the Presidency of the Republic, he received a visit from businessman Fritz Moreno Cossio at the famous house in Breña, on Passage Sarratea. In 2014, a National Police intelligence document pointed to Moreno Cossio as the intellectual author of the death of Carlos Burgos Gonzales, son of the former mayor of San Juan de Lurigancho Carlos Burgos.
Recently, Moreno was featured in a scandal after security cameras recorded how he hit a hairstylist in Miraflores.
By July of last year, Moreno arrived at the Sarratea Passage. And according to ′ Panorama ′ he did it accompanied by the then elected congresswoman of the Alliance for Progress (APP) Heidy Juárez.
The legislator says she does not know Moreno. But she does not clarify why she came with him.
What did the congresswoman talk about with the then president-elect? “We asked him to visit our region, he made a commitment to the president and he fulfilled it because he went to inaugurate a landing stage,” she declared.
Juárez denied that he had spoken to President Pedro Castillo about works.
For that month, the APP congresswoman maintained that the leader of her APP party, César Acuña, was aware of this visit.
But through a statement last night it was denied. “In this regard, we expressly record that neither the president of APP, César Acuña, nor the formal bodies of our party were aware of this meeting, so we do not know who participated or the issues they addressed,” said Acuña’s party. through a statement.
Minutes later, the parliamentary representative of Piura had to admit it in an interview on Willax TV.
“My father and I went to Breña’s house, the president was not yet president. It was in July. Like all politicians and leaders, we visit the house. I want to say that the engineer César Acuña and the APP party did not know about this. This has been an informal visit,” said Congresswoman Juárez.
The curious thing is that Juárez was a visitor to the Sarratea Passage, but currently she is one of the congresswomen who has signed the vacancy motion against President Castillo.

Visit. Congresswoman Heidy Juárez also says that she visited Breña’s house on that occasion because her father wanted to congratulate President Pedro Castillo. Juarez then had a twist in her stance. He went from Sarratea to the opposition side and announces that he will not give the vote of confidence.
