The women and men of Venezuela have overcome the worst storms imposed by internal violence and blockade. This was stated by the sector vice president of social and territorial socialism, Héctor Rodríguez in the great meeting with the communes of Miranda held at the José Joaquín Dad Carrillo gym, where the sworn of the campaign command was also carried out.
He recalled the situations they have had to face in Miranda state when he was governed by opposition extremism, making the entity the most violent state in Venezuela.
«I ask all this campaign command, which is the coordinating team, who now have to do work team and that work team has to be unitary. They have to add everyone. None have the right to say: well, now I put mine »emphasized.
He stressed that «he who does that is a traitor. It has to say: now I put all those who need to put and seek the leadership of the communes, of the social movements, of the territory with balance, with unity, look for the most capable, add, add, add, add, ”he said.
“Living in Miranda represented the highest possibility that your children were killed,” he said.
He stressed that the people “have organization, consciousness, solidarity and love, courage and courage (…) something they do not have”, so they are convinced that you can with the next storms.
He referred to the April 27 consultation, indicating that “with the victory of community projects in all 468 communal circuits I communes of the Miranda State.”
Regarding the installation of campaign commands, he said they must proceed to have amplitude and put women. «And I’m going to tell you a secret. If you want to win in Miranda, put women to send, (…) those do know how to win choices. Circuit circuit, street by street, community by community. Or isn’t it? That is, they are not afraid of anything. They have moral ».
«In Miranda we can say that they do not know how to govern because they (opposition) did not touch them with Covid, they did not touch them with blockade, it did not touch them with sanction, they touched them with a lot of money and could not at the end of a decade show absolutely anything. They launched at that time a candidate that they said he was the best mayor in the world, ”he recalled.
He wondered, «How do you want to govern Miranda?, Who cannot govern a redoma. He had Petare’s network full of garbage. And the outgoing governor had Miranda full of violence, homicides, kidnapping, political violence, ”he said.
Good times come
Rodríguez said that good times for Venezuela come, since each circuit is being activated in the plans. “We have the plan of the organized communities that are born from the people, from below and that plan must be that of the Government.”
He referred to the experience of the Mirandina consultation, which has been taken nationwide.
He indicated that the “dictatorship of the algorithm” opposes a real democracy, where the people are the protagonist when deciding and using the resources. “Our plan must be that of the organized communities, the plan that the neighbors and the neighbors discuss, which is born from the town, from below, because the new is being born from each street, each community and that plan indicates that better times come.”
He indicated that the Mirandino people chose the best candidates for the next electoral contest.
SERRANO: We will govern with 468 communal councils
For his part, the candidate for the governorate of the Miranda State, Elio Serrano pointed out that the commitment he acquires with the Mirandino people must be fully fulfilled.
He indicated that individualities are required to put aside since collective growth is fundamental. «A decade of darkness, Miranda lived, from 2009 to 2017, and that was done by those who ruled and now try to capture the attention of the communities. Miranda will not return to that violence, ”he said.
“We are going to return to those circumstances (…) This town remained standing.”
He said that the Government Center will be the communes and will rule with them.
“This concrete action agenda that gives me the 468 circuits and communes of the State, is a mandate for us, we assume that commitment,” he concluded.
