Within the framework of their management autonomy, six national universities decided and announced that all their students must present the health pass to attend face-to-face classes. Specific, the objective is to minimize the risk of contagion between students, teachers and non-teachers.
For now, the institutions that will require the health pass are: two branches of the Technological University, University of La Matanza, University of La Plata, University of Salta, University of Rosario and University of Formosa. In the first case, the certificate it will be ordered in Tucumán and Haedo.

As for who cannot file the health pass for not being immunized for “a medical issue”, they explained that each situation will be analyzed. At the same time, people who are not vaccinated must present a “negative test result” or “a signed affidavit”.
In contrast to these establishments, there are three that refused to apply a document of that style: National University of General Sarmiento, National University of La Pampa and National University of Tres de Febrero. Beyond the decision, they will continue to “promote vaccination.”

Which are the ones that did not confirm their position
As confirmed to TN, the National University of Cuyo and the National University of San Martín will only make the decision in February when the Superior Council meets. Likewise, the University of Buenos Aires stated that “they will accompany what the Nation and City authorities have.”
On the other hand, the University of Comahue indicated that they will address the definition when they resume activity in February. In line with this position, the National University of Córdoba and the National University of the Litoral will wait for the next meeting of the Superior Council.
In turn, despite the fact that they still have to meet, the National University of Santiago del Estero anticipated that “they respect the measures taken at the provincial level.” Likewise, the University of Quilmes and the University of Morón will take advantage of the following weeks to analyze the situation.

Meanwhile, the University of Río Negro and the University of Entre Ríos confirmed that it will be known in February when they analyze how the epidemiological situation is.
