The Ministry of Public Health continued with the intervention of the La Zurza sector in the National District, after four new cases of cholera were reported over the weekend.
Dr. Jesús Suardi, director of the Fourth Health Area, said that the two mobile units announced by the Ministry of Public Health have already been installed in the vulnerable area, to provide assistance to the population affected by the disease, which had no outbreaks in the country since 2010.

The Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance, through the Vice Ministry of Collective Health and its General Directorate of Epidemiology, notified the confirmation, through corresponding analysis, of four new cases of cholera in the country.
