The work recounts the hard path of Stephani after having been a victim of sexual abuse in a clinic, a fact that resulted in a long legal battle that lasted more than 12 years. During that time, he faced institutional indifference, revictimization and an ridiculous economic offer that tried to silence it. However, his decision was firm: transforming that pain into a life mission and using his voice as a tool for social transformation.

She was abused by a nurse inside an office of the Imbanaco Clinic, in Cali. Although he was already convicted, he is fugitive today. Stephany demands that the clinic listen to it, that real and urgent measures are taken to protect women in medical spaces. His voice represents thousands who still do not dare to speak. The fight is for justice, and for a health system where no woman is again abused. @Clinicaimbanaco @Prosecutor General of the Nation @minister of Justice ♬ Original Sound – Tubarcco
An especially powerful component of the book is the testimony of his daughter Ana Sofía, who also lived an abuse experience. Mother and daughter joined not only in pain, but in healing, making your life healthy into an example of how it is possible to break cycles of silence and violence that are going through generations. Its history is a call to families to accompany, listen and heal together.

Beyond the testimony, the book includes practical tools for the prevention of abuse, the strengthening of self -love, the recovery of trust and emotional reconstruction. Its therapeutic and emotional approach converts each page into a support guide for those who have lived similar situations and do not know where to start the healing process.
Steephani, master in reconstructive reparative transformation, had already played sensitive issues in his previous work Catalina and his serendipia. With healthy your life, it reaffirms its commitment to social causes, and its voice is consolidated as a reference of female empowerment in Colombia and Latin America. The book, more than a story, is an act of resistance, dignity and repair.
The launch of the work was carried out at the Jorge Isaacs Auditorium of the Jorge Garcés Borrero Departmental Library, in Cali, with the support of institutions such as the Attorney General’s Office and the ICBF. The event became a space for reflection on the importance of talking about the silence, of generating support networks and of building a future where justice and self -esteem prevail.
