The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, activated the early morning of this Thursday, September 11, the deployment of the “Independence Plan 200” active resistance and permanent offensive with a total of 284 battle fronts.
From Urbanismo Ciudad Caribia, La Guaira State, he pointed out that this activation is within the concept of integral defense of the nation and a permanent offensive of the people, in order to consolidate peace with independence.
“We are activating at this time from north to south of east to west, from all the coasts of the Venezuelan Caribbean, from the border with Colombia, from the Andes, from the east of the country, we are activating 284 battle fronts with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and all its equipment,” he said.
He reiterated that with this deployment to his command he has troops, FANB officers, combatant bodies of the Bolivarian National Militia, which begins the consolidation of positions and the national defensive system.
He indicated that the Independence Plan 200 has three fundamental orientations such as the active integral defense in Popular-Militar-Policial Union, the active resistance to protect the people and the integral struggle of the homeland.
“The seas, lands and mountains belong to the people of Venezuela, will never belong to the American Empire (…) we have raised our mobilization capacity at the time, when it is and for anything,” said Maduro.
He said that Venezuela does not attack anyone, but neither does it accept anyone’s threats.
“We defend the right to peace of Venezuela because no one has the right to disturb independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty of the people,” he said.
He said that Venezuela wants peace and the right to develop its own model. “We do not want the peace of the colonies, of slavery,” he said.
Finally, he assured that the peace that has won by pulse will defend and consolidate in perfect National Union. Similarly, he indicated that before all conspiracies, there has always been an answer and a victory.
