Since the situation has become repetitive, neighbors remain alert and this week, they saw a woman arrive as a passenger on a motorcycle and had a cat in her arms, as they knew it would be another abandonment, they recorded.
The woman who had a helmet and dressed in a gray blouse and red shorts realized that they were being recorded and became aggressive.
He approached a woman with a cell phone to get her attention, he threw it on the floor and broke it. To another man, an animal activist in the area, she broke his lip.
Cristian Ballesteros, one of those attacked, said: “I ended up with my mouth busted and my partner, with blows to the head, and she damaged her cell phone because she threw it hard on the floor, that was her means of work. There was never any aggression on our part.”
Despite the fact that the woman covered her head with a helmet, the young author of the video managed to capture the license plate of the motorcycle and the woman who tried to escape.
They did not let her go and called the police.
The mother of the person involved arrived at the scene, while the police would be processing her to determine the facts.
Charges against the aggressor
Finally, the young aggressor was retained and remained captured for crimes of damage to another’s property and personal injury.
In addition, a summons was applied for animal abuse.
At the scene, a veterinarian arrived who managed to evaluate the abandoned cat, and certified that he was sick.
As he commented, the cat has a skin disease and a protruding bone, for which he was immediately transferred to the veterinarian where he receives attention and care.
