Agents of the National Police They separately arrested two men, one accused of attempted rape against a 70-year-old woman, in the municipality of Pimentel, Duarte province, and another who was caught at night spying on a minor when she was bathing, in the Samaná province.
One of the detainees is Pablito Solomon Happy, 34 years old, who was surprised by the minor in flagrante delicto when she left the bathroom of her home, covered with a towel, at about 12:30 midnight on Monday in the municipality of Las Terrenas, Samaná province .

Meanwhile, Juan Luis Quezada Candelario “Black mouth”, 26 years old, who was captured by arrest warrant, accused of entering a residence located on Duarte Street, in the National District, where he would have tried to sexually abuse a 70-year-old citizen, whose name is being withheld.
According to the victim’s testimony, Quezada Candelario broke into the house, grabbed her by the arm and neck, covered her mouth, threatened to kill her if she screamed while taking off her clothes with the intention of raping her.
The detainees will be placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry for the corresponding legal purposes.
