The Cicpc captured José Gregorio León Crespo (46), who allegedly paid his stepson Carlos Javier Castillo Ruiz (24) in dollars to kill his former partner María Auxiliadora Castillo Vivas (35), an event that occurred in Barinas on 7 of April.
León Crespo traveled to Colombia after separating from María Auxiliadora. The subject returned to Venezuela with his new partner María Yoleida Ruiz González (43), who planned to take María Auxiliadora’s life and thus keep her property.
To carry out this plan, the man paid 500 dollars to Carlos Javier (son of his new partner) and Franco Plemar Ávila Pérez (31). Both moved to a farm where María Auxiliadora worked, located in the Melenero Arriba sector, Finca Mis Sueños, Barrancas parish, Cruz Paredes municipality, Barinas state. There they shot the woman in front of her three-year-old daughter.
León, Castillo, Ruiz and Ávila were arrested and handed over to the Public Ministry.
In another incident, the brothers Hermes José (30) and Heismel Jesús (24), Infante González, were arrested for their alleged involvement in the murder of Enyer Sáez Castro (19), the Cicpc reported on Instagram.
This incident occurred in El Tamarindo, Guarenas (Miranda), where the victim was approached and shot with a shotgun, killing him instantly.
And in Santa Elena de Uairén (Bolívar), agents of that subdelegation arrested Edgar Luis Carvajal (36), who was accused of being responsible for the murder of Luis Miguel Padrón (50), for a passionate rivalry.
Carvajal committed the murder along with another person who is being tracked by the Cicpc. Both approached the victim on Libertad street in the El Guayabal sector where they attacked him with a knife and a machete, until he died, according to the Cicpc.
