This Wednesday, January 25, a man linked to the homicide of a person, found dead in the Cerro Patacón landfill, was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

According to the Homicide and Femicide prosecutor of the Public Ministry, Joel Rincón, the subject was brought before the guarantee judge who legalized the arrest, charged him with charges of aggravated intentional homicide and validated a sentence agreement where he was also disqualified from holding public office. for five years, once the main sentence has been served.

This case is related to a homicide that occurred in the metropolitan area between the night of January 2 and the early morning of January 3, 2023, whose body was located on January 9, 2023 in the vicinity of Cerro Patacón.
