The case is being investigated by the prosecutor of Flagrancia Angelita Romano because when the police arrested him this Friday morning he was committing a robbery. The police officers seized several objects, including a firearm and the motorcycle on which he was traveling.
From the police investigation it emerges that the young man – who had to serve house arrest for a previous crime – was the one who tried to rob a police officer in Villa García on Monday.
That day the offender was traveling with an accomplice on a motorcycle. At around 5:40 he approached a pedestrian on Andromeda and Selene. It was a policeman dressed in civilian clothes, who He came to draw his firearm and shoot after identifying himself as such, according to police information. The policeman, who was uninjured, lost sight of them.
Nothing was known later about the author and his accomplice, until this Friday. Although the accomplice remains at large, the alleged perpetrator will be sent to the prosecution to testify.
Sources on the case told The Observer that the police and three other victims of robbery recognized the robber after being arrested, confirming that it is the accused. For these hours, the prosecution gathers evidence of the facts for a possible imputation.
