A 57-year-old man, whose identity has not yet been revealed by the authorities, died this Sunday after accidentally falling from the fourth floor of a building, while installing an air conditioning unit.
According to information from local media, the tragic accident occurred in the Pomarrosa Residential Complex, located in the La Obra sector, Los Guayos municipality of Carabobo state, generating consternation among the residents of the place.
Although there is no official report from the Fire Department, it is presumed that the unfortunate man slipped while carrying out the work and hit the pavement.
Once the neighbors notified the authorities of the incident, officials from the Fire Department, as well as paramedic personnel assigned to the Los Guayos Emergency System (Semgua), went to the scene, who, after examining the body, determined that it was already without vital signs.
To attend to the emergency, officials from the Los Guayos Municipal Police and the Carabobo Police also appeared, who were in charge of guarding the scene, while they waited for the presence of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminalistic Investigations Corps, which was in charge of carrying out the corresponding expertise, and then transferring the body to the morgue of the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences (Senamecf) in Valencia.
Unofficially, it was learned that the deceased died as a result of severe head trauma, multiple fractures and lacerations.
