The Cicpc carried out the capture of Andrews Evaniel Reyes Cedeño (24), accused of having murdered a homeless woman on January 1 in Puerto La Cruz, Anzoátegui. The scientific police report indicates that the body of the victim, identified as Vivian de Jesús González Malavé (41), was located in the Tierra Adentro sector, Pozuelo parish, Puerto La Cruz.
The Cicpc investigation showed that the victim asked Andrews for a drink of alcohol, who refused to give it to him, which is why Vivian physically attacked him in his face and left.
Subsequently, the subject decided to follow her and with a knife-type weapon he caused wounds to her neck and chest, which caused her death instantly.
The arrest of the murderer took place in the Tierra Adentro sector, Bermúdez Street, Puerto la Cruz, Anzoátegui state, where he was placed under the command of the 20th Prosecutor’s Office and the Flagrant Chamber of the Public Ministry.

In another procedure, Cicpc agents arrested in Tucacas (Falcón) Yonathan José González Romero (31), nicknamed Negrín, and José Antonio Carrasquero Cohen (27), alias Vacajalla, presumed responsible for the murder of Luis Alexander Camacho Parra (30).
That homicide occurred on the afternoon of January 2 in the Sabana Grande sector, 9th street, Chichiriviche parish of the Monseñor Iturriza municipality, Falcón state.In that place, the victim was meeting with his perpetrators demanding payment of a debt they owed him. The situation did not please González and Carrasquero, who pulled out some knives and inflicted multiple penetrating stab wounds on Camacho, causing his immediate death.
