During the morning of this Monday, January 2, a man who was working on a backhoe was rescued alive after being left underground in the middle of a landslide on the Bucaramanga-Pamplona highway.
The fire personnel arrived at the site and with the people who were there managed to rescue the man who was under the landslide.
“It is dangerous for that ravine to come again” expressed a person who was in that place.
This event occurred on the road between Bucaramanga-Pamplona, in the sector known as La Corcova.
- “Heavenly Father, I hope he is alive and they can get him out,” they pointed out while the rescue personnel carried out the maneuvers.

The man, an operator of a backhoe loader, was carrying out work in the area and removing drag material when the landslide hit him.
Well, miraculously the operator did not present serious injuries and was rescued alive thanks to the relief agencies and the community that was at that site.
Finally they transferred him to a care center to receive medical attention.
The people who were at the scene after the rescue pointed “thank you, my God, thank you that nothing happened to him” while clapping.
