He burned his mother with hot water

Leymar Foncault Moreno (43) was arrested by Cicpc officials on Galipán Street in San Bernardino, Libertador municipality, Caracas, for causing 3rd degree burns to her mother.

According to the police report, the incident occurred in the home that the two shared, where the victim, 71 years old, was attacked by her daughter with hot water, after a heated argument they had due to coexistence problems.

“Foncault was boiling water in the kitchen and chose to look for the container and throw the hot water at the victim, causing multiple burns on various parts of his body,” the report explains in detail.

The object used to commit the act was collected as evidence of the case. The victim is currently hospitalized and is in a delicate state of health.

While the aggressor was placed under the orders of the 2nd Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the metropolitan area of ​​Caracas.
