A man was accused of allegedly assaulting his brother with a bottle, after an argument between the two.
Prosecutor Liliana Denice Duarte filed charges against the man andordered the Guarantee Court to order the defendant’s preventive detention. He himself would be addicted to narcotic substances.
according to researchthe aggression occurred on December 18, in front of a building located at kilometer 4 Monday in the San Lorenzo neighborhood of Presidente Franco.
The defendant was sitting in front of the house, where there is also a store selling drinks, when the victim approached him and asked what was wrong with him. This apparently bothered the now defendant, who had a glass bottle in his hand, with which he attacked and hit his brother in the face, breaking a tooth.

The victim tried to defend himself, there was a struggle until both fell heavily to the ground. In that circumstance, the bottle that the assailant had in hand broke and caused some cuts to the victim.
