Have you checked if you are authorized to vote in the Judicial Elections, this December 1? We tell you how to do it

Starting this Sunday, October 13, you can now verify if you are authorized to vote in the next December 1 judicial elections. This was announced by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE), which also reported that the dates allowed to file claims are this Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15.

To find out about the authorization of a citizen to vote this December 1, simply enter the website of the Plurinational Electoral Body (OEP) and access the I Participate system.

It is also possible to download this APP to make inquiries through smartphones or tablets. To do this you can scan a QR code.

Once in the APP or in the I Participate system, you must fill out the following information:

1.- Identity card number

2.- Date of birth (day, month and year)

The system will tell you if it is enabled or not. In the positive case, it will remind you of the locality and the precinct where you will cast your vote, next December 1st.

As additional information, it will tell you whether or not you have current political activism.

On the OEP website there are files, in pdf format, with the list of disqualified citizens, by department, in which you can check if you are registered.

If you are disqualified from participating in judicial elections, you can present your claim by attaching three documents:

2.- Current photocopy of the identity card

3.- Additional documents that prove that the disqualification can be remedied (tickets, medical certificates, etc.).

These documents must be presented to the Departmental Electoral Tribunal or to the Serecí. The deadline for submission is October 14 to 15.

According to the OEP, this draw for electoral jurors will take place on Next November 1st.
