Interior Minister Willy Huerta today dismissed General PNP (r) Whitman Ríos Adrianzén as head of the General Intelligence Directorate (Digimin) after the controversy over the continuity of Colonel Harvey Colchado as head of the Digimin Search Division. Whitman Ríos lasted just nine days in office.
