According to Rochel’s legal defense, the donation document would lack legalized signatures and biometric control. In addition, they point out that in June 2023, a University site was sold for 6 million dollars to the relatives of the widow.
On the other hand, Rosselli Amuruz states that in August 2023 he no longer possessed these actions, however, in his affidavit of goods in 2023 and 2024 he does not detail his participation in said university or the income he could have generated.
Due to these accusations, the parliamentarian and her family issued a statement by qualifying them as infamies and slander.
Despite this, Rochel Amuruz reaffirmed his fight for his part of the inheritance.
