The new laboratory-factory of HairPlusfrom where all the hair products of the brand that are sold in the local market and those that are exported to other markets will be produced, had an investment of more than 2 million dollars and has employed more than 1,200 workers.
This HAIR PLUS investment will represent a great economic boost for the Cibao region.
The new factory has the latest technology in the sector: customized machinery and automated processes to optimize the production chain and keep the natural ingredients that the brand uses in its formulations in the right conditions, from arrival to final processing.
The installation, which will employ more than 50 people directly and more than 2,000 indirectly, has been the brand’s first project that Marielis Ramos, Hair therapist & researcher and CEO of Hair Plus, has directed together with James O’neal, CFO of the company and her husband. A support that has been fundamental for her and that consolidates the maturity of Hair Plus, going from being the dream of a young entrepreneur to a business success turned into reality.
