The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, revealed that the far-right leader, María Corina Machado, had offered the businessman Elon Musk to give him mineral deposits in exchange for his support in the destabilizing plan.
During his program With the Hammer GivingCabello indicated on Wednesday night that Machado had also promised Musk the satellite control ground station located in the state of Guárico.
“María Corina reportedly offered Musk the delivery of the lithium, coltan and thorium deposits, along with the Satellite Ground Control Station located in Guárico so that Musk can carry out satellite operations,” he explained.
He also commented that “the level of surrender by María Corina Machado and her allies” is surprising, since the “little game” with Musk has a cost, since “in Venezuela there are lands and minerals that are of geostrategic interest” to the owner of the social network X.
Cabello stressed that no one should think that Musk is worried about Venezuela, but that he is interested in “gold, lithium, coltan, oil, gas (…) that is what he wants, he wants everything!”
On the other hand, he specified that weeks before the presidential elections, there were plans to bring some 2,500 Starlink antennas into the country in order to support Machado’s command.
Research in the USA
The first vice president of the PSUV also indicated that an investigation is about to begin in the United States (US) to determine to what extent the businessman is involved in the destabilization of Venezuela.
“Elon Musk has not only provided technological and communication support, he has also made logistical contributions,” he added.
He also commented that President Joe Biden’s administration is being pressured to recognize the former candidate of the Democratic Unitary Platform (PUD), Edmundo González Urrutia.
Cabello warned that Venezuela is in the midst of a joint attack by the international far right that seeks to overthrow the head of state, Nicolás Maduro.
