The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, reported this Monday that 57% of the heads of the Bolívar Chávez Battle Units (Ubch) are new faces, while 47% are reelected militants.
“Congratulations to the new ones and to the ratified ones. An acknowledgment to the compañeros and compañeras who until Saturday were exercising these responsibilities, to them and to them our thanks and recognition for the task accomplished in very hard times, they went and showed their faces in the streets, communities and Ubch », he expressed.
During the customary press conference of the red awning, Cabello highlighted that women won again with 62% of the leadership positions.
«The PSUV is very dynamic and this task paves the way for new leadership, women won again with 62% of the leadership positions. We have very young Ubch bosses; a comrade in Zulia with 1,700 votes speaks of her solid leadership there,” said Cabello.
Similarly, the first vice president of the Party reported that 99% of the Ubch were activated throughout the country during the weekend for the renewal of their bosses.
«99% of the Ubch were activated, 14 thousand 095 in the whole country were activated, the heads and the teams were elected in each one (…) this allows us to say that there was participation in all the municipalities, 98% of the parishes had reported until yesterday, “he said.
Likewise, Cabello stressed that this Saturday during the election day of the PSUV there was a demonstration of unity, of political coherence throughout the country. “What we have received from our people is very valuable. We still have some pending tasks such as the renewal of the state, municipal and parish political teams.
Cabello, referred that the average participation in the assemblies for the election of the Ubch Chiefs was from 120 people in the small centers, to 700 people in the large centers.
“Up to 120 people in small centers, between 200 and 300 in medium-sized centers, and between 600 and 700 in large centers,” he said.
In this sense, Cabello recognized the work of the promoters for the great organization of the weekend. «The promoters and promoters are champions in organizing events, we saw murals throughout Venezuela, people from house to house. With our proposals to organize, unite and add, many opposition people came to watch.

He said that the militancy of the red awning has shown the democratic character that persists in Venezuela, added to the high level of awareness of Venezuelans, who have decided to live in peace and in order to promote the Homeland.

Campaign against Simón Bolívar
The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, pointed out that Miguel Henrique Otero promotes a current of hatred against the Father of the Nation Simón Bolívar.

On the other hand, Cabello stressed that no party on the right is capable of renewing its bases like the one the red awning did for several weekends in the country.
«They (the right-wing parties) are not capable of doing anything similar to what the PSUV did. Do they see us with some envy? Yes of course; but this is what must happen, organized in a great machinery not only electoral, but a great machinery to make and build a Revolution, “said Cabello at the press conference of the party’s national leadership.
Likewise, he stressed that the PSUV is a great avant-garde also because it knows how is the history to which a political party in Venezuela is exposed. At the same time, he stressed that in the Party of Comandante Hugo Chávez there is room for everyone.
In reference to the renewal of the PSUV bases, he stressed that they were extraordinary days crowned with the victory of the People.
“We are proud militants,” he said and extended his congratulations to the entire organizing team of these days.
He indicated that if the opposition unites, it will be defeated by the revolutionaries in the event of an election.
“I think that if all the opposition unites, they will lose any election with us,” said Cabello, while stressing that the militants of the red awning have a good grassroots organization.
He stressed that the supposed leaders of the right are the same ones who have deceived the country for 22 years.
“These are G4 elections just for them and they set the conditions (…) there are those who say ‘I don’t want the CNE’, others say ‘I want those who are outside to vote’, that is nonsense; but there are others who only say ‘we want inclusive elections’, but they cannot do that, they will end up killing each other (…) even if the US imposes a candidate on them, they will be divided among themselves », he emphasized.
Solidarity with Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner
During the press conference of the red awning, the national leadership of the Party expressed solidarity with the Argentine vice president, Cristina Fernández, who was the victim of a frustrated assassination.
“We express our solidarity with the Vice President of Argentina, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner for the frustrated assassination, who has an interest in assassinating her? for whose interests? From the right, “Hair wondered.

“The big Argentine media throwing their party, the Judicial Power throwing their party, they have to feel that there is popular pressure, it is the best cure, that they know that if something happens, that people will always be in the street,” said Cabello.
He warned that the material author of the frustrated assassination, the 35-year-old Brazilian Fernando Andrés Sabag Montiel, was declaring for several days to the cameras of the right-wing press against Cristina and these media gave him extensive coverage.
He recalled that the same thing happened in Venezuela with the frustrated assassination of President Nicolás Maduro Moros in August 2018, when they tried to assassinate him with explosive drones. Then, the right-wing press in the country and the world tried to minimize and silence the attack, diverting attention or even denying that it was an assassination attempt.
The high leader of the PSUV denounced that in declassified documents from the US State Department, there are precise instructions not to imprison left-wing leaders. “That is written. That it is not good to imprison them, because they left the prisons as martyrs, with the strength of a leadership”, paraphrased the content.
“They prefer to eliminate them and that is why they eliminated Comandante Chávez and poisoned him, caused him illnesses through traitors that today they protect in the United States.” he accused.
“It’s imperialism acting, let’s not think it’s a coincidence,” he warned.
In the case of Argentina, he warned that the broken justice system of that country handed over nothing more and nothing less than to the US FBI, the investigation of the assassination attempt against the Vice President, a similar “decision” that occurred with the assassination of the president of Haiti, Jovenel Moise, which has not yet yielded conclusive results.
Finally, Cabello highlighted the support that Vice President Cristina received from the Argentine people. “When these things begin to happen, sometimes they do not find justification instantly, but what is certain is that the mobilization must be permanent, how many people came out in support of Vice President Cristina, not only in Argentina but throughout the world” .

Plebiscite in Chile
The vice president of the revolutionary party, Diosdado Cabello, pointed out that the results of the plebiscite in Chile is a matter for the Chileans.
“It’s a matter for Chileans, we don’t have elements to judge it, I think that’s good for political debate (…) we have to see what that constitution has that didn’t motivate some to approve it,” said Cabello.
He recalled that the current constitution was approved during the Pinochet dictatorship. «With that constitution Mrs. Bachellet governed two periods and did not move a finger; with that constitution they have violated the rights of the Mapuche brothers in Chile».
“Some say that many have rejected the new constitution proposal and it is not that they reject a new constitution but that they reject that one, they are two different things,” he continued.
