Finance Minister Fernando Haddad again minimized the effects of 50% tariff applied by the United States government to Brazilian products, to the point that, so far, it was not necessary, to the Brazilian government, to apply the reciprocity law, approved by the National Congress.
The statement was made on Monday (29), during the 16th edition of Macro Vision, event promoted in São Paulo.
“Macro impact on the economy will not have these measures announced. Now Micro goes. And hinders many Brazilian families this kind of behavior we are observing,” said the minister by remembering that “so far so far [o presidente Lula] did not use the reciprocity law approved by the National Congress. ”

Common sense
The minister said he hopes that the fees imposed by the US President Donald Trump are magazines, as their effects are negative for both the US and Brazil.
