The Minister of Economy, Martin Guzmantogether with the president of the Central Bank, Miguel Pescemet this Tuesday at the Palacio de Hacienda with Daniel Scioliwho will assume this Wednesday as Minister of Productive Development, as reported by the Ministry of Economy.

The meeting served to give welcome and coordinate macroeconomic and productive policies.

“These policies point to a continuity of economic growth with job creation and to strengthen macro stability,” said the part of the Treasury Palace.

In this sense, spokespersons linked to the former ambassador in Brazil stated that he had already spoken with William Merediz, the Secretary of Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurs, for credit lines for the sector; in the same way that he will meet in the coming days with Edward Heckerdirector of the National Bank.

“Scioli will also work on the regional economies together with the governors, with the idea of increase exports; and will seek to attract investmentespecially regarding lithium, potassium and green energy,” the sources added.

These investments will not only be sought in Brazil, Argentina’s main trading partner, beyond the fact that the president of the neighboring country, Jair Bolsonaro, offered to “continue working as before” and “maintain the link.”
