The president of the Council of Ministers, Gustavo Adrianzenpointed out that in 2025 there will be more formal employment in the country since businessmen agree and are optimistic about the growth of the industries.
In dialogue with RPP, the head of the PCM said that “in 2025 there will be more formal employment, we expect close to half a million new jobs. All businessmen agree that next year their industries will grow because they believe that things will be better and that encourages us.”
He added that the year began with a negative growth of minus 0.6% and then reversed the situation and closed with a growth of between 3.2% and 3.4%. He added that Peru has the best exchange rate in the region, a stable currency, controlled inflation and international reserves close to 84 billion dollars.
In addition, he referred to families in poverty: “We have towns that are marginalized and we must continue to improve their living conditions.”
He also announced that in six months the Executive Branch will present to the Congress of the Republic a “definitive formula” to formalize artisanal and small-scale mining when the deadline for expanding the Comprehensive Registry of Mining Formalization – Reinfo is met.
WHAT DID ADRIANZÉN SAY ABOUT THE DEATH PENALTY?
When asked about the death penalty for rapists of minors, he said that President Dina Boluarte asked to start a debate on this possibility.
Adrianzén also recalled that Boluarte has firmly ratified his permanence in the government until July 28, 2026.
“We deserve a transparent electoral process, the Government will be absolutely impartial, a facilitator. Our Armed Forces and National Police, of course, will be guarantors of security,” he noted.
He called for the civic and patriotic responsibility of those who will be candidates and the voters.
